IELTS Writing Task 2 – Sample [5]

Welcome back to the example of my writing task 2. I took the question from “The Official Cambridge Guide to IELTS”.

One of the consequences of improved medical care is that people are living longer and life expectancy is increasing. Do you think the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages?

P1 : Referring to the subject that stated in the question, this essay would simulate the opinions about developed medical care cause people living longer and life expectancy increasing. Essentially, more high school students aim to become a doctor which they think if they take medical education, the salary must be high and get a better financial in life. Hence, the education of medical should be improved as many people want to become a doctor. It is undeniably more beneficial if medical care improved.

P2 : Initially, the first impact of improved medical care is that people live longer which is great. Moreover, people have their rights to enjoy this life on earth because one person only lives once and it give chance for people to do the kindness for the other people. Therefore, being able to cure any other diseases of patients is the necessary for doctors. Furthermore, the other consequence of advanced medical service for people is life expectancy increasing which add hopes of some people for their remedy. For instance, the most dangerous illness in the world nowadays is cancer. Cancer will be the greatest obstacle for doctors and medical worker if they could not provide an effective cure.

P3 : Contrariwise, those impacts of developed medical care will lead medical workers serviced the patients for business, not only for healing. Many researches in medical term need more expenses to catch up the trend of those diseases. However, the medical workers have their rights to return their fees while healing the patients.

P4 : To lay the final thesis over the stated facts above, I would say that the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages. As far as I am concerned that we have to remember what the main purposes of medical care in this world

Actually, you can improve your writing skills by practice routinely, such as every single day for a month, or three times a week, or four times, etc. It has to be your daily activities if you want to develop your writing skills. That is what I have been doing now in this personal blog so I didn’t say my writing skills perfect or take as an example for readers. However, by doing this, share my writing in personal blog is my motivation to practice routinely and as a reminder that I have to submit my writing here so it is like a duty for me. I believe every single struggle that we have been gone through will be paid in the end, so don’t ever think about quit what you have been worked and waited for long time.
